That’s what Morgan decided while working with both small and big brands in the mainstream PR industry. She realised that sitting in her cubicle producing the same, done before PR strategies and meaningless reports each day was holding her back from what she truly wanted to do - building relationships, sharing the conversations, and creating the ideas, sparking the kind of originality that makes a good brand, great.
So, in 2017, she decided to change the game, and started Martini Mondays. Her goal? To help brands reach the right people through strategic PR that focuses on originality, disruption, and positioning brands where they belong - as the go-to for their industry.
Saara was first introduced to the world of PR in 2015, and she knew she had found her

Saara’s approach is to review a brand, objectively analysing how it is perceived internally and externally, employing strategic PR with what she calls a ‘let’s shake it up’ method. She’ll work alongside brands from all sectors to identify their key messages and target audiences to develop a focused PR strategy that might employ tactics that will take them out of their comfort zone – but always deliver genuine impact.
She’s keen to work in partnership with brands, and isn’t afraid to pinpoint where they’ve experienced disconnect with their target audience, in order to re-evaluate, and put them on the right path to success. Saara’s focus is on curating the brand story, and communicating it through multiple channels – be it through their website, media, social channels such as LinkedIn or internally.
One thing that stands Saara out is that she treats every brand with care, creativity and a hunger for impact - leaving competitors scrambling to keep up.
